  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Food, Agriculture, and Land Use Learn the Truth About Expiration Dates
How does knowing the difference between use by, sell by, and best by dates empower you to make better decisions?

    Patrick Miller 4/29/2021 1:11 PM
Yes, I feel more confident eating food past its best by date. Learning about how the energy from wasted food can be converted to electricity is also very interesting. I had no idea that 10% of GHGs came from food waste.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Coastal, Ocean, and Engineered Sinks Learn about Biochar
Can biochar provide additional benefits besides sequestering carbon?

Yes, it improves soil structure and reduces soil acidity.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
