Claire McNamee 4/06/2021 3:52 AMYou become more mindful, of how fast you are eating, and definitely slow down. I practice the 20, 20, 20 method - Chew for 20 seconds, have a 20 second break between mouthfuls and take 20 minutes to eat a meal.
