  • REFLECTION QUESTION

Mindful eating is healthier for us than eating with distractions. How does your eating experience differ when practicing mindfulness?

You become more mindful, of how fast you are eating, and definitely slow down. I practice the 20, 20, 20 method - Chew for 20 seconds, have a 20 second break between mouthfuls and take 20 minutes to eat a meal.
