By far, the best recommendation to reduce your fuel consumption is to NOT drive your car. Opt to walk or bike when you can. When you have to drive, there are a few habits to be mindful of to reduce your fuel consumption. Avoiding bad driving habits like accelerating too quickly or late braking and using your cruise control more frequently can all improve MPG. To make things more interesting, keep track of your MPG with each tank fill-up and challenge yourself or compete with a friend to improve the results each time.     Knowing the difference between use by, sell by, and best by dates definitely helps us in keeping a track on the food we buy. By comparing this information, we can certainly avoid consuming food that's gone bad due to negligence and protect our health from sickness.

      This is important in health awareness understanding dates. Manufacture's and process plants have dates in order to insure their product, all tied to money and insurance. I, like many others in the challenge, prefer going the natural approach. Taking a multivitamin regularly, high doses of vitamin c, and moderate exercises does the trick.

    People in richer countries eat more meat than people in other places as it is easily available as packaged products. Eating too much processed meat can contribute to chronic conditions like heart disease, diabetes and obesity. Consumption of meat results in carbon dioxide emissions, loss of forest lands, pollution of rivers and streams.

    At my house, i try my very best not to waste food every day and sometimes i go more than a month without wasting any food that is cooked or bought. Wasting food worth $1500 a year, which is about $125 a month is an utter waste. I would rather donate this money to local organic farms  and eco-friendly organizations.
