REFLECTION QUESTIONElectricityWhat does your vision of a sustainable community look like? What would need to be changed in order for such vision to become reality?
Erin Littlepage 4/27/2021 8:57 AMAs seen in the MSU video - when we come together as a community to create a better world for us all - we can accomplish amazing things! In my community, I hope to see continued outreach and support for our agricultural community to become more sustainable. Grants go a long way! -
REFLECTION QUESTIONFood, Agriculture, and Land UseHow does knowing the difference between use by, sell by, and best by dates empower you to make better decisions?
Erin Littlepage 4/27/2021 8:50 AMOh....this is a major problem that I have (food dates). I have a bit of anxiety around food safety, so I always throw food out if it is more than a week or two past the best use by date. This is an area I definitely need to work on and I am glad that I went to the USDA to learn more. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONFood, Agriculture, and Land UseWhy do people in richer countries eat more meat than people in other places? How does eating more meat affect our bodies, our planet, and other people?
