    Reading about sustainable seafood, I still find it difficult to how to recognize sustainable harvesting from mass products. How are you doing it?

    I have not heard about the term before, but I am familiar with the concept.
    It is interesting to see that this is the traditional way to plant trees/ take care of cow in e.g the Alpine region, which get more positive awareness in recent years.
