    Enrique Juarez's avatar
    Enrique Juarez 4/07/2021 8:43 AM
I believe most of the modern society is the excess of human population and the fast and continuous growth of it, if we educate the poor countries to choose what they can do to have a better life and plan for families most the social problems and ecological catastrophes will decrease
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Food, Agriculture, and Land Use Smaller Portions
While dishing food out, we tend to load our plates with more than we need. Using smaller plates helps to mitigate this. Aside from the environmental benefits, what other benefits might come from eating/serving smaller portions?

    Enrique Juarez's avatar
    Enrique Juarez 4/07/2021 8:27 AM
Geeting big portions do not mean I'm powerful it means I'm using more than enough and fo doing that I'm supporting this culture of abuse of the planet resources and energy
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Food, Agriculture, and Land Use Learn the Truth About Expiration Dates
How does knowing the difference between use by, sell by, and best by dates empower you to make better decisions?

    Enrique Juarez's avatar
    Enrique Juarez 4/07/2021 8:22 AM
We still have a lot of local farmers who are not getting enough support, we have to find support and create consciousness about this.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Electricity Learn More About Geothermal Energy
Geothermal energy is reliable, abundant, and efficient. Project Drawdown states that public investment will play a crucial role in its expansion. In what ways (i.e. with money, time, advocacy) can you invest in geothermal energy?

    Enrique Juarez's avatar
    Enrique Juarez 4/06/2021 7:17 AM
Geometrical energy is available but I believe it will impact the environment so I will consider this is not the best option to start with but use it only on specific circumstances and responsibility.
