REFLECTION QUESTIONFood, Agriculture, and Land UseHave you ever had a significant experience in nature that altered your perspective or focus? If so, please describe it.
Avra Hackney 4/15/2021 7:13 AMI don't know if this counts but one time I went to the zoo and 4 parakeets landed on my head. it was cool, but I also don't think parakeets should be in zoos. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONFood, Agriculture, and Land UseWhile dishing food out, we tend to load our plates with more than we need. Using smaller plates helps to mitigate this. Aside from the environmental benefits, what other benefits might come from eating/serving smaller portions?
Avra Hackney 4/14/2021 6:38 AMwe might help people with not enough food have more access to it.-

REFLECTION QUESTIONFood, Agriculture, and Land UseWhy do people in richer countries eat more meat than people in other places? How does eating more meat affect our bodies, our planet, and other people?
Avra Hackney 4/13/2021 7:14 AMI think that people in richer countries eat more meat because they have enough money to not just grow things in the garden. eating more meat might affect the environment negatively because people might overfish or hunt too much, and that might cause a species to go extinct.
