    While dishing food out, we tend to load our plates with more than we need. Using smaller plates helps to mitigate this. Aside from the environmental benefits, what other benefits might come from eating/serving smaller portions?

    The smaller portions served at home has been beneficial for all of our family - not only wasting less, but eating less and being healthier.

    We decided to do a stay-cation as opposed to a long distance vacation.

    We are going to make other changes to our home to gain energy efficiencies.  We plan to replace some older appliances next!
