REFLECTION QUESTIONFood, Agriculture, and Land UseWhy do people in richer countries eat more meat than people in other places? How does eating more meat affect our bodies, our planet, and other people?
Grace Cummins 4/12/2021 8:30 AMI haven't ate meat in over a 2 years and honestly, I don't really miss it. There are so many great alternatives that are way better for the environment. It makes me happy. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONIndustryConcrete is a good example of a material that most of us encounter every day, but its carbon footprint may not be obvious. What other everyday materials might have a large carbon footprint? How can you find out more?
Grace Cummins 4/12/2021 8:24 AMI saw this really cool thing the other day. It was these "concrete blocks" (not actually concrete) that were made out of these plants and fungi. They said that the fungi could process carbon and help clean the air. -
