REFLECTION QUESTIONAction Track: Climate Resilience Plant TreesHow is planting trees good for your mental, physical, and spiritual health?
Nancy Cruz Zurita 4/09/2021 12:03 PMPlanting a tree was very satisfying for me, especially because I feel that I'm doing something. Planting a tree in my backyard felt very good because I will be able to see the three grow and be beneficial for other species like the birds and squirrels that sometimes come to my backyard.
