    maybe do things like reuse paper by making it into new paper so that you use less and try to avoid palm oil in your diet.

    It makes me feel like I need to change what I do in my day-to-day life because I know the impacts and every person counts. The part that feels overwhelming for me is just seeing how many people don't care about the environment. The amount of people that are doing work for the environment and just a majority of my generation make me hopeful.

    I still eat meat and do things like drink coffee, i need to watch the coffee brands that i support and start to change my diet to be better for the planet.

    Women a lot of times are not seen, paid, or treated as equals even though women are undeniably strong and powerful.

    I learned that family planning can help people in lots of ways and that people have different needs in different places because there are different struggles.
