A healthy community starts with a healthy soil. Our microbiome is just as important as the microbiome in the soil. Having a community garden can connect people, help heal the soil, create food sovereignty, reduce financial burden, and boost our mental health. There is also the advantage of carbon sequestration with untilled soil that is replenished each year with a new planting.
