REFLECTION QUESTIONLand SinksHow is planting trees good for your mental, physical, and spiritual health?
Emily Andrews 3/31/2021 10:02 AMplating trees is a nice way to build a deeper connection with the earth. its something that u can follow for the rest of your life. you can be there while it grows and really have it be a part of you. i planted a tree last year and it cleared my head and gave me something to focus on. i named it bart. -

REFLECTION QUESTIONElectricityYour utility company is able to tell you your average energy usage. Ask them how your energy usage compares to others in your ZIP code, region, and/or state. What other steps can you take each day to reduce your electricity usage?
Emily Andrews 3/31/2021 9:55 AMsomething that is helpful is to be mindful of what is necessary to be turned on. i try to keep my lights off during the day and only turn them on when needed. also keeping devises charged for long periods of time can use up a lot of power so i only charge my phone and laptop when they reach 10% and dont let them charge over night.-
Beatrice Claire MacDonald 4/01/2021 1:07 PMVery cool, I just recently learned about the not charging over night rule and I have started following it. One other thing, if you turn your iPhone on to airplane mode when charging, it charges more efficiently, using less power. so that might be something you consider trying!
