    This challenge is going well. I keep forgetting to check in but eating mindfully and smaller portions is helping me focus on my meals.

      It is hard to remember sometimes.  Note that you can actually go back to past dates and check in.

    While dishing food out, we tend to load our plates with more than we need. Using smaller plates helps to mitigate this. Aside from the environmental benefits, what other benefits might come from eating/serving smaller portions?

    There are many health benefits to eating smaller portions. I can also watch how much I eat and only eat more if I am actually hungry instead of just over eating.

    Mindful eating is healthier for us than eating with distractions. How does your eating experience differ when practicing mindfulness?

    When eating mindfully, I was able to experience what was happening around me more intently as I was not concentrated on the tv or my phone.
